Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Novel Minded purchase, email support@novelminded.com within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date to request a full refund under our guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
Please include your order number and a brief explanation so we can help resolve your request.
For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please include clear photographs where possible. We may request further information reasonably needed to assess the issue.
Free Returns
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will explain the next steps for your request.
If a return is required under our guarantee, we will provide return instructions and arrange prepaid return shipping at no cost to you. Please do not send items to our registered office or production partners without our instructions.
Choosing Your Size
Please check the Size Guide for the specific garment before ordering. Comparing its measurements with a similar garment you already own can help you choose the right fit. (The size guide can be found on each product page).
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong design, size or color, or your garment arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective, please contact us promptly.
We will offer a refund or, if you prefer, arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost. Your rights under applicable law may extend beyond our 30-day guarantee.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Our garments are printed on demand. Please check your design, size, color and delivery details carefully before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake or wish to cancel, email support@novelminded.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes or voluntary cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
This does not affect your rights under our money-back guarantee after delivery or any cancellation rights under applicable law.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued promptly to your original payment method once we have verified the purchase and completed any agreed return arrangements.
We will email you when the refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Caring for Your Piece
For the longest life out of your Novel Minded favorites, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your garment.
Damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, deliberate damage or normal wear and tear is not, by itself, a product defect. Such damage does not create an entitlement to a remedy for defective goods under this policy. This does not affect genuine requests under our 30-day money-back guarantee or rights concerning an underlying product defect under applicable law.
Genuine Requests
We may reasonably verify your order details and investigate evidence of fraud, duplicate reimbursement requests or deliberate deception.
A genuine request under the guarantee, an honest negative review or previous genuine refund requests do not, by themselves, constitute misuse.
Your Legal Rights
Our guarantee is additional to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights, including remedies for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us promptly so we can investigate under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates apply to future orders. The version in effect when you placed your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
